â??I Have A Dreamâ?ť is an unforgettable and historically significant speech delivered by Martin Luther King, a black civil right campaigner, to millions of Americans blacks and whites on August 28, 1963 on an occasion of 100 years of Lincolns emancipation proclamation which set the Negro slaves free from their slavery in America constitutionally,  addressing millions of blacks and whites and has become the hope and dreams of all Americans blacks who had been struggling for their rights and freedom. Though the American constitution and The Declaration of Independence have promised equal rights, justices and freedom to all the blacks and whites, this is not implemented in practices. There is still racial descrimination, injustice , hatred and inequalities between the whites and blacks.
