Myasmia gravis is neuromuscular disease and is chronic. Its main symptom is weakening of muscles resulting in weakness of arms, legs etc. It happens when body immune system produces antibodies that destroy its own healthy tissues. It reduces formation of neurotransmitter acetylcholine (chemicals responsible for formation of nerve impulses), this leads to communication loss between muscles and neurons. Due to a decrease in acetylcholine, re is loss in strength of muscles, hence muscles weaken.

ARC stands for AIDS-Related Complex. Fatigue, fever, repeated prolonged episodes of diarrhoea, night sweating, lymphadenopathy, splenomegaly and unexplained loss of weight are common symptoms.
